This Service includes providing trained agents who manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders on your behalf and access to our proprietary software platform for managing appointments.

  • If you are provided with an account to access specific features of the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.   
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration or onboarding process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTSOURCE KINGS, NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF OUTSOURCE KINGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
