Outsource Kings, an American company, specializes in delivering solutions to streamline your appointment scheduling process, ensuring optimal efficiency and increased client engagement. This Service includes providing trained agents who manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders on your behalf and access to our proprietary software platform for managing appointments.

 User Accounts (If Applicable)

• If you are provided with an account to access specific features of the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.   
   

   
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration or onboarding process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
   
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.  
• User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us in connection with the Service, including but not limited to appointment details, client information, and service availability.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree to cooperate with our team to facilitate the efficient delivery of the Service.

Intellectual Property

• The Service, including any software, platforms, algorithms, interfaces, and related materials provided by Outsource Kings, and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outsource Kings and its licensors.
   
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

• We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data and your clients’ data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary legal basis for sharing any personal data with us in connection with the Service.

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.   

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTSOURCE KINGS, NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF OUTSOURCE KINGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE [NUMBER] MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.  

 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outsource Kings and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Changes to These Terms
